Amazon is on the lookout for a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to support the Office of the VP, Finance Operations. This dynamic role will work closely with the lead Executive Assistant to continually fulfill the needs of a Vice President's office. In this position, you will regularly engage with business and technology leaders, support teams, and Executive Assistants at the highest levels within the company. We seek an experienced planner who can respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Manage intricate calendars and scheduling across global teams in multiple locations and time zones. • Track and drive the completion of key deliverables, ensuring follow-up on action items. • Organize, prioritize, and manage time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring timely action. • Coordinate global schedules and logistics for meetings, including internal and external gatherings, staff meetings, and off-sites. • Collaborate closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support. • Draft, edit, and prepare documents for various communications. • Maintain accurate archiving of departmental data. • Handle expense reimbursements, including report coordination and issue tracking. • Foster a positive workplace environment and assist others in enjoying their roles.
