Do you want to be a part of the growing area of grocery at Amazon? The Worldwide Grocery Category Management team is searching for an exceptional and experienced Program Manager. You will be working to manage and shape new processes across our various channels and banners. As a Program Manager, you should possess a strong customer focus, great retail instincts and be practiced at applying project management skills. Program management at Amazon is inherently cross-functional. The successful candidate will have strong quantitative and analytical sills and be comfortable working from concept through to execution. This position will work closely with partner teams to determine root cause of operational challenges, drive process improvements and present findings and recommendations to business partners and management. In this role you will be supporting our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program, this program is essential for us to offer best in class grocery selection to our customers. This role will require working both internally and externally with our vendors to build and enhance the program. Key job responsibilities -Manage the implementation of productivity improvement programs across our stores (both online and in physical stores) -Partner with tech teams to deliver new systems and processes to support this line of business -Support these programs and hold other stakeholders accountable for progress on key actions and deliverables -Create reports and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and regularly update senior leadership -Actively seek feedback from key stakeholders and partner with tech and non-tech teams to drive continuous improvement A day in the life As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
