About Our Team The SPB Offsite team builds solutions to extend campaigns to reach customers off the store and extend shopping experiences on third party sites where shoppers search and discover products. We use industry leading machine learning, high scale low latency systems, and AI technologies to create better sponsored customer experiences off the store. This role will have deep interest in building the next innovations in ad tech and shopping wherever shoppers go. You will work with external and internal partners to connect ad tech systems, understand customers, and drive results at scale. You are a deeply technical leader who operates with a GenAI first approach to product, engineering, and science based solutions. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities • Define product needs across ad systems and models that power sponsored products ads • Surface qualitative and quantitative insights as the voice of the advertisers to shape product direction and ensure product-market fit • Scale ad product adoption across advertisers, agencies, and tool providers • Collaborate with and leverage the expertise of analytics, legal, PR, sales, and marketing teams to drive product definition and adoption Your contributions will be highly visible and instrumental in hitting goals carried by Amazon's leadership team (S-Team). A diverse group of stakeholders will rely on your vision and messaging, including advertisers, agencies, and internal ad sales and operations teams. Basic Qualifications • 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement • Ad Tech Experience • Gen AI experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
