The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers. As the Principal PMT for Kids+ Subscriptions, you will own the product strategy and technical execution of the Kids+ subscription experience end-to-end — from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, and lifecycle management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across content, payments, identity, and platform to build a best-in-class subscription experience that delivers continuous value to families while driving sustainable business growth for the Kids+ program. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
