AWS is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical to lead the Tech for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program—a technology enablement initiative supporting 200+ ABM Marketers across 16 teams executing strategies for 1,500+ key accounts. This role will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-first marketing experiences that enable highly customized 1:1 and 1:few account engagement at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sales and marketing technology orchestration, with proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across Technology, Automation, and Analytics (TAA), Industry and Digital Customer (IDC), and ABM Center of Excellence teams. The candidate is fluent in evolving agentic AI trends and can apply systems thinking to a new marketing motion and an existing technology space. Key job responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision - Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Tech for ABM, balancing near-term enablement (2026 deliverables) with long-term architectural vision (2H 2026+) - Define and evolve the ABM Marketer persona, working backwards from ideal user experience to drive simplified, AI-first tooling solutions - Drive digital and channel strategy coordination across Precision Events, Direct Outreach, Paid Media, and Direct Mail motions - Evaluate and pilot emerging ABM-specific technologies, making data-driven scale/kill decisions based on targeted pilot results Cross-Functional Orchestration - Lead Tech Steering Committee and Working Group, aligning Principal Engineers, Product Strategists, and SMEs across Content, Lead Management, Events, and Channels - Orchestrate technology delivery across TAA, IDC, and ABM CoE teams (and others), ensuring unified execution - Partner with sales leadership to integrate Account Plan management capabilities, enabling continuous sales-marketing partnership rather than sequential handoffs - Coordinate with AFX to ensure ABM technology aligns with account planning workflows Technology Enablement & Delivery - Deliver core capabilities by December 2026: Event-in-a-Box (6/30), Account-Tailored Web Pages (6/30), Account-Level Scoring (9/30), Buying Group Identification Service expansion, and Marketing Account Planning Portal scaling - Drive adoption of marketing technology stack with existing and new tooling - Own success metrics including adoption rates, time savings per marketer, and sales satisfaction scores Stakeholder Management & Communication - Lead federated product and engineering teams without direct authority - Provide executive visibility through weekly SteerCo calls, bi-weekly geo leader demos, and monthly CMO reviews - Translate technical complexity into business value for VP-level audiences - Drive adoption strategies across 16 ABM teams spanning NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, APJ, SUP, and GCR regions - Drive alignment on ambiguous business strategy through clear product tenets and use case prioritization About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
