Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally. The Hub Delivery team is looking for a Program Manager to support execution and standardization of station launches across multiple stakeholder teams. This individual will work with cross-functional leaders to gain alignment on common practices, policies, and prioritization across various central teams including network planning, operations, change management, and acquisitions. Key job responsibilities This individual will be responsible for station launches for the Hub Delivery network. This includes working with multiple stakeholder teams to ensure timely and smooth launches across the network. • Adapt to rapidly changing inputs • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure the proper balance between network efficiency and partner experience. • Leverage planning and communication tools to provide transparency to key stakeholders. • Be a change agent who is comfortable pushing on dependencies and gaps to meet previously agreed upon commitments. Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience - 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
