Job Title: Support Engineer, Kuiper Enterprise Customer Support Company Overview: Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is a pioneering division of Amazon focused on expanding global broadband access through innovative satellite technology. With a mission to connect unserved and underserved communities worldwide, Project Kuiper aims to deploy a constellation of over 3,000 low Earth orbit satellites to deliver fast, affordable internet service. Role Overview: As a Support Engineer for Kuiper Enterprise Customer Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers by providing expert technical assistance and resolving complex issues related to our satellite broadband services. You will be a key contributor to the operational excellence and customer experience of Project Kuiper. What You'll Do: - You will provide timely and effective technical support to enterprise customers using Kuiper broadband services. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues related to satellite communications. - You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve critical customer issues. - You will document support cases and contribute to knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency. - You will monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues impacting customer service. - You will assist in the deployment and integration of Kuiper broadband solutions for enterprise clients. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in technical support or network engineering roles, preferably in satellite or telecommunications industries. - You possess strong knowledge of networking protocols, satellite communications, and broadband technologies. - You have experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in complex network environments. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite systems or related technologies. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and network security best practices. - Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent technical credentials. - Prior experience working in a customer support role within a high-tech or aerospace company.
