Role Overview: As a Support Engineer for Kuiper Enterprise Customer Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance, helping to resolve complex issues related to satellite broadband services and supporting the deployment and operation of Kuiper’s cutting-edge network. What You'll Do: - You will provide timely and effective technical support to enterprise customers using Kuiper broadband services. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues related to satellite communications. - You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve critical customer issues. - You will document support cases and contribute to knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service. - You will assist in the deployment and configuration of Kuiper broadband equipment for enterprise clients. - You will monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize customer impact. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and customer experience. - You will communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing updates and managing expectations. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in technical support or network engineering roles, preferably in satellite or telecommunications industries. - You possess strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and satellite communication systems. - You have experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in complex network environments. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - You have strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers. - You are proficient with support ticketing systems and documentation tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with LEO satellite networks or broadband service providers. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and network security best practices. - Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. - Experience in customer-facing roles within a fast-paced technology environment.
