With Project Kuiper, the company aims to deploy a constellation of over 3,000 low Earth orbit satellites to deliver fast, affordable internet to underserved and unserved communities worldwide. Role Overview: As a Support Engineer for Kuiper Enterprise Customer Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to help customers effectively utilize our satellite broadband services. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to satellite broadband connectivity and hardware. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product management to address customer needs. - You will provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding issue status and resolution steps. - You will document support cases and contribute to knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency. - You will assist in the deployment and onboarding of new enterprise customers. - You will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements. - You will participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles. - Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and satellite communications. - Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with satellite or wireless broadband technologies. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Background in software development or scripting (Python, Bash). - Prior experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
