The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in Seattle, WA. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. About the team The Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team strives to guarantee customers a worry-free shopping journey on Amazon. We provide a trustworthy listing discovery experience by (1) eliminating catalog defects and discovery risk, and (2) ensuring listings are compliant with regulations and policy. We provide a trustworthy order experience by (3) connecting customers with selling partners with a good track record of order performance, (4) ensuring customers receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (5) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, protecting them by making things right with our A-to-z Guarantee. We do all of this in close partnership with our selling partners and we work hard to (6) provide selling partners a positive and friction-free experience. Last, we fully recognize we are not perfect and (7) we leverage our incident management process to embrace anecdotes of negative customer and selling partner experiences as opportunities to eliminate root causes of defects. The Perfect Order Experience team’s mission is to provide Buyers a perfect order experience so that they can shop with confidence in the Amazon store. We do this by ensuring that Buyers receive authentic, non-infringing products in the condition and with the functionality they expect, and by giving them the confidence that Amazon stands behind every product and will quickly make it right in the rare chance anything goes wrong. We leverage technology and AI to detect, prevent, and remediate risk at scale, collaborate deeply with brands to protect their intellectual property, and empower selling partners to build customer trust and long-term success. Basic Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - High school or equivalent diploma - 5+ years of executive assistant, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - Experience with executive level calendar management Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes - High level of integrity and discretion - Impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
