We are looking for a well-organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our Directors of Climate Pledge Operations. This exciting role requires excellent attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key job responsibilities Strategic Support: - Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel - Track and monitor team spaces, critical meetings, goals and deliverables - Ensure project timelines and deliverables stay on schedule Communication and Coordination: - Build strong relationships across all organizational levels - Collaborate closely with WWS lead EA and other EAs - Organize team events, meetings, and strategic planning sessions - Create clear, effective communication channels between teams and peers Operational Excellence: - Lead workspace management initiatives - Develop and maintain team procedures and best practices - Leverage modern tools and AI to improve team efficiency About the team Diverse Experiences: World Wide Sustainability values diverse experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
