We are looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support 2-3 Directors on our Applied AI organization in Bellevue, Washington. Applied AI is a Worldwide Amazon Stores team to support Amazon teams' effort that transform organizations by leveraging AI technologies to automate and raise the quality bar of knowledge-based processes, freeing teams to concentrate on creative problem-solving and critical decision-making. This vision is executed through complementary program and product strategies. You will work in a team environment to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of business objectives, policies, procedures, and related information to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. Key to success in this role is the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, which you will deliver to tight deadlines with minimal guidance or supervision. As such, you must be skilled at anticipating problems, dealing with ambiguity, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, setting expectations, problem solving, and organizing logistics. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities - Management of complex calendar and scheduling - Coordinating travel to domestic and international locations - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items - Manage expense report coordination and submission - Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) - Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization - Management of team space, including office moves and reconfigurations - Management of highly confidential information Basic Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
