About the position We are looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support 2-3 Directors on our Applied AI organization in Bellevue, Washington. Applied AI is a Worldwide Amazon Stores team to support Amazon teams' effort that transform organizations by leveraging AI technologies to automate and raise the quality bar of knowledge-based processes, freeing teams to concentrate on creative problem-solving and critical decision-making. This vision is executed through complementary program and product strategies. You will work in a team environment to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of business objectives, policies, procedures, and related information to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. Key to success in this role is the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, which you will deliver to tight deadlines with minimal guidance or supervision. As such, you must be skilled at anticipating problems, dealing with ambiguity, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, setting expectations, problem solving, and organizing logistics. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
