Role Overview: As a Secure Facility Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing secure facility operations that support sensitive government projects. Your leadership will ensure compliance with security protocols while driving operational efficiency and innovation within a dynamic environment. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day secure facility operations ensuring adherence to all security and safety regulations. - You will coordinate with multiple teams supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community to facilitate seamless operational workflows. - You will develop and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and improve facility performance. - You will oversee security compliance audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. - You will lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to align facility operations with strategic objectives and mission requirements. - You will manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency. - You will prepare and present reports on facility status, security incidents, and operational metrics to senior leadership. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in secure facility management or operations within a government or defense environment. - You possess strong knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and risk management practices. - You have proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. - You have strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively. - You are proficient in project management and operational software tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working directly with the U.S. Intelligence Community or related agencies. - Certifications in security management such as CPP or PSP. - Background in government contracting and compliance requirements. - Advanced degree in security management, public administration, or related fields.
