Pay: $22-$24/hr Schedule: Full-Time , 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Location: St. George , Hybrid Role Overview: We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Southern Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our director of nursing to assist in placing our nurses with the patients we serve. This position manages monthly scheduling of our skilled nursing and home nursing services.
