8+ years IT consulting/digital transformation, 5+ years ERP implementation, strong cloud/SaaS knowledge, excellent communication, and preferably PMP/ITIL/Agile certifications.

The role involves leading large-scale initiatives, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and driving the adoption of digital solutions across the enterprise. Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to design application systems that align with business objectives. • Lead large-scale digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. • Translate business needs into IT product recommendations and solutions. • Drive adoption of SaaS/cloud/digital solutions across the enterprise. • Represent business priorities in IT strategy and roadmap discussions. • Guide integration and orchestration of smart building and facilities platforms.
