Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager – Affordable Housing Rehabilitation (LIHTC). The Project Manager will oversee the rehabilitation of affordable housing projects, ensuring compliance with LIHTC requirements. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and contractors, overseeing expediting processes, conducting inspections, and managing logistics to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Qualifications • Strong Project Management skills with experience in affordable housing rehabilitation • Expertise in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor • Experience in conducting Inspections for construction and rehabilitation projects • Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating with various stakeholders • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field • Familiarity with LIHTC regulations is a plus
