Aman is seeking an experienced Director of Residence Sales who will lead the sales strategy for our ultra-luxury branded residences in United States. This role plays a critical part in bringing Aman’s timeless philosophy to life through the development and execution of bespoke residential sales experiences.Reporting to the Global Director of Residence Sales, this role will lead the Sales and Client engagement strategy for Aman’s ultra-luxury Branded Residences. An exceptional opportunity to represent Aman’s timeless philosophy and deliver bespoke real estate experiences for our clients. Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies for Aman Residences at Amangiri. • Manage pricing, launch phasing, and pre-sales aligned with regional goals. • Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract and handover. • Build and maintain client relationships. • Execute sales activations like property previews, private viewings, and investor events. • Collaborate with senior executives and partners to set and execute sales goals. • Maintain sales and marketing budgets, provide updates to executives and partners. • Manage client interactions, Customer Relationship Management integrity, and inventory management. • Ensure compliance with Aman protocols on lead management and reporting. • Represent Aman brand, supporting public relations/media efforts and promoting product awareness. Requirements • Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages are an asset • College degree or equivalent. • 10+ years of ultra-luxury residential real estate experience. • Proven ability to negotiate and close transactions with high-net-worth clients. • Confidence in selling luxury properties. • Proficient in understanding architectural plans. • Experience in hiring and managing teams. • Ability to problem-solving and troubleshoot. • Excellent prospecting skills for a robust sales pipeline. • Strong organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
