Amalgamated Sugar Company is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support office operations under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, from routine correspondence to technical reports, including handling confidential information. • Assist the Warehouse Manager with department budget preparation and monitor expenditures. • Interface with internal teams at all levels and external representatives as needed. • Coordinate with NSM (our marketing group) to schedule customer orders and manage changes. • Oversee administrative services for Colorado warehouses, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory control. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; interpret and apply company policies, safety, and environmental requirements. • Maintain filing systems and track reports related to warehouse operations. • Answer phones as needed. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Occasional travel to other warehouse locations within Colorado. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration and supervision, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Valid driver’s license.
