HR and Operations Assistant (Fully Remote – Night Shift) Employer: Amada Senior Care Philadelphia, West Suburbs Location: Remote – Bangladesh (Only Bangladeshi Citizens Can Apply) About the role: We are seeking a dedicated HR and Operations Assistant to join our remote team. This is a full-time night shift role (Bangladesh time: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, with a one-hour break), working 6 days a week (Monday off). Educational qualifications are not the main priority, we value exceptional English communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome, and full training will be provided. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a US-based organization and build your career in HR and Operations. Key Responsibilities (Not Limited to): • Schedule and coordinate non-medical home care caregivers. • Assist in caregiver scheduling, visit verification, billing, and invoicing. • Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards. • Support recruitment and hiring processes. • Communicate effectively with US-based team members during EST business hours. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Ensure confidentiality of client and company information. • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Salary and Benefits: • Basic Salary: Taka 25,000 per month. • Yearly Salary review • Performance Bonus based on work quality. • Two Festival Bonuses per year. • Full training provided. • Clear career growth opportunities in Home Care HR and Operations.
