📍 Now Hiring: Operations Specialist / Client Service Manager – On-Site | Sun City, AZ A well-established independent wealth management and tax planning firm in Sun City, AZ is seeking an Operations Specialist / Client Service Manager to join its growing team. The firm manages nearly $400M in assets under advisement and prepares more than 1,200 tax returns annually, offering a truly integrated approach to financial planning, investment management, and tax strategy. This is an on-site, client-facing operations role supporting a high-performing advisor in delivering exceptional service, managing account administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates are detail-driven, professional, and passionate about helping clients while contributing to a collaborative, client-first culture. Compensation: $80K–$100K base + bonus. Key Responsibilities • Manage account onboarding, transfers, RMDs, and money movement requests • Maintain CRM data, process documentation, and ensure compliance • Serve as a key point of contact for clients via phone, in-person, and virtual meetings • Respond promptly to client concerns, inquiries, and requests with professionalism • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling client meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing documentation • Process client transactions, including trades (equities, fixed income, mutual funds) as directed by the advisor • Support advisor preparation for client meetings, including report generation and follow-up • Identify opportunities to enhance service, streamline processes, and support team efficiency Skills & Competencies • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills • High attention to detail with the ability to solve problems independently • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and adaptability to change • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally to clients • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Riskalyze, or LPL Financial systems is a plus Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of administrative or client service experience • Minimum 2 years in financial services (RIA, broker-dealer, or similar) • FINRA registration required (Series 6, 7, or 63) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of investments, insurance, and financial planning concepts 💼 Compensation & Benefits • Base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus performance-based bonus • Paid holidays, vacation, personal, and sick days • Health coverage stipend available • Long-term opportunity for professional growth within a well-established, collaborative firm About the Firm This independent firm delivers a truly integrated client experience that combines comprehensive financial planning, proactive tax strategies, and personalized investment management.
