Job Summary: Caregivers needed in the towns of Framingham, Marlborough, Wayland, Wellesley , Natick, Ashland, Holliston. Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading senior care franchise in Worcester, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA to join our team on a part-time basis. The individual in this position will provide non-medical home care services to our clients in Westborough, Massachusetts. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our aging clients and their families. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time hourly position with a competitive compensation of $18 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: • Provide personal care assistance to clients, following their individualized care plans • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders • Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals • Report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the care manager • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures Requirements: • Valid PCA/HHA/CNA certification from an accredited program • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care or similar setting • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards seniors • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability.
