Position Overview We are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, provide a warm and professional experience, and ask a few qualifying questions to capture the client's needs. You will then enter lead details into the CRM and ensure the appropriate sales representative is notified promptly. This position is ideal for someone with excellent phone presence, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities • Answer and manage inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. • Ask guided qualifying questions to capture basic client needs and readiness. • Accurately record lead information in the CRM system. • Notify the assigned sales representative for timely follow-up. • Maintain a positive, client-first approach on every interaction. • Support the Revenue Operations team with administrative support when needed. Qualifications • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or call handling (healthcare or service-related industries a plus). • Strong phone presence: professional, courteous, and empathetic. • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills. • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems. • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple calls or inquiries daily. Compensation • Base salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually. • Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
