Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at ALUMIL, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential customers in the architectural and construction sectors. - You will initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. - You will qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to close deals. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies. - You will provide feedback from prospects to help refine product offerings and sales approaches. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in architectural aluminum systems or building materials sales. - Knowledge of the Los Angeles construction market. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
