You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential customers in the architectural and construction sectors. - You will initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. - You will qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to close deals. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging. - You will provide feedback from prospects to help refine product offerings and sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably in construction or manufacturing. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
