Established in 2000, Altura has a rich and unique history providing specialized services to healthcare organizations, research centers and study sponsors (e.g. pharma, biotech and medical device). Our mission is to accelerate healthcare innovation to improve quality of life. Altura is seeking part-time phone representatives for patient inbound and outbound calls. Ideal candidates will have the following: • able to work from home with an existing home office that includes wired high speed internet • high volume customer service experience - healthcare preferred • professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills are a must. • an understanding of medical terminology and experience speaking with patients in a medical office or hospital setting is a plus but not required. • bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
