Key Responsibilities: • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. • Leverage inbound and outbound sales strategies to maximize pipeline growth. • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record of sales success, ideally ranking in the top 20% of your team or territory. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a high-performing team. • Previous healthcare sales experience preferred but not required.
