Must Haves: • PCB's inspection in an ESD Environment • Educational background or experience within a high paced production manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and quality improvement methods. • Understanding of drawings, configuration management, and change management practices • HS Diploma with 8 years' experience or 2-year degree with 4+ years Job Description: • Actively participate in and verify all change management process, Change Control Boards (CCBs), drawing updates etc. • Review production and supplier metrics, perform trend analysis, and facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action activities to drive reduction in Cost of Poor Quality and drive 0 customer escapes. • Manage damaged hardware processing and incident reporting. • Inspect deliverables and review final acceptance test procedure (ATP) • Utilize defect tracking database for management of product issues and facilitation of Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. • Inspect incoming supplier parts and calibration equipment from external sources. Basic Qualifications: • Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
