Key Responsibilities • Build a team culture focused on impact and continuous improvement • Refine and scale research processes across teams, ensuring decision-ready outputs • Own the UXR relationship with product and design leadership, representing research in planning and decision-making Required Qualifications • 7+ years of UX research experience, including people management in a product organization • Demonstrated ownership of team performance and talent development • Experience shaping research programs within a product organization • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral data • Experience with AI-assisted research methods is a plus
