Territory Service Technician / Lead Operator – Industrial Equipment 📍 Harrisburg | York | Lancaster, PA Alternative Packaging Solutions (APS) is expanding into industrial equipment maintenance and repair — and we’re looking for a hands-on technician with leadership potential to launch and grow our new mobile service division. You’ll operate your own fully equipped service van, serving clients across South-Central PA, performing on-site diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on packaging and automation equipment (baggers, tapers, conveyors, sealers, etc.). You’ll also troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and work directly with APS leadership to build this business from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and a path to lead a regional team of 3–5 vans within two years.
