Job Overview The Maintenance Technician I position performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, and patching drywall. The Technician takes responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of building structures as appropriate. Minimum Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment. • Occupational hazards and standard safety practices • Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred. • Valid driver’s license required. Compensation $25.00 - $29.32 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
