Transforming the Future with Convergence of Simulation and Data Program Management Analyst (PMA) Job Summary: Our client in Allen Park, MI is looking for a Program Management Analyst. This is a contract position. What You Will Do: • Assist PMT leader to coordinate and manage design, development, engineering, validation, and certification statuses for the team on Clients Performance vehicles to support program and engineering GPDS milestones • Coordinate and track all CRs impacting Clients Performance Interior Parts (Base Driven or FP driven) • Maintain a help needed parts list for new model builds based on OTG • Track PPAP status for all Clients Performance PMT 2 owned parts required for new model builds • Support the progression of Quality / FMA deliverables and follow-up with D&Rs to ensure progression of FMA completion per GPDS • Support and track to completion all FEDE DVPs including Regulatory Compliance Demonstration Plan / Reports • Support PMT 2 classification and assessments in FEDE DVP • Support PMT 2 part coding and BOM quality • Lead and facilitate D&R interface meetings to support closure of open issues for DVPs, CRs, FEDEBOM, FMA, Part Shortages, Red Border and Open-To-Go, Part Sign-Off at production builds and CDP/CDRs What You Will Need: Basics: • BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) or BBA or Associate Degree • Ability to handle complex and multiple tasks and complicated situations under compressed timing • Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred: • 5+ years experience on automotive programs • Understanding of GPDS deliverables and basic Client engineering tools (FEDE BOM / WERS / Bill of Material / AIMS / 8Ds / Part Sign-Off / GPIRs / FEDE DVP / Engineering Sign Off / DFMEA / FMA / Six Sigma • Experience launching new vehicles and working with a Cross-functional team How You Will Be Successful: • Envision the Future • Communicate Honestly and Broadly • Seek Technology and Business "First" • Embrace Diversity and Take Risks What We Offer: • Competitive Salary • Comprehensive Benefit Package • 401(k) with matching contributions • Paid Time Off • Employee Discounts • Free training on all Altair products Why Work with Us: Altair is a global technology company providing software and cloud solutions in the area of data analytics, product development, and high-performance computing (HPC).
