Description As the Director of Data Insights & Sales Enablement, you will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, ensuring that data-driven insights are seamlessly integrated into the sales process. You will work to identify opportunities for innovation and improve targeting strategies by leveraging data analytics, ultimately driving sales performance and campaign success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide in-depth analysis of customer data, identifying key segments and trends that can drive more targeted and effective direct mail campaigns. • Serve as the go-to expert for the sales team, offering guidance on how to use data insights to optimize sales strategies. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales enablement efforts and data trends. • Develop advanced analytics models to predict customer behavior and optimize campaign performance. • Create training and enablement materials to educate the sales team on how to interpret and use data insights in their daily work. • Continuously monitor and assess sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on direct mail or digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement best practices. • Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership skills to guide and train the sales team on data-driven best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
