This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New York (USA) Position Summary Our client, a Health Insurance firm, is looking for a SAAS Systems Administrator – Legal & Compliance Applications, to be responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and strategic enhancement of enterprise Legal and Compliance platforms including LogicGate, Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management, DocuSign, and Box.com. This role serves as both a technical platform owner and implementation lead, ensuring operational stability, regulatory alignment, business enablement, and successful delivery of new initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS system administration expertise with experience planning and executing system enhancements, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. Onsite Requirements Remote Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration & Operations • Serve as primary system administrator for: • LogicGate (GRC / risk management) • Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management • DocuSign • Box.com • Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access controls in alignment with security and compliance standards. • Configure workflows, templates, metadata, dashboards, reporting, and automation. • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operating procedures. • Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics. • Coordinate vendor support tickets, upgrades, and release management. • Ensure business continuity, data retention, and audit readiness. Implementation & Strategic Initiatives • Lead and support new platform implementations, modules, and enhancements. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations and solutions. • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource coordination for system initiatives. • Drive configuration changes, integrations, and data migrations. • Evaluate new features and recommend adoption strategies. • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Integration teams on API-based integrations. • Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement efforts. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement • Act as trusted advisor to Legal and Compliance leadership. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and solution workshops. • Provide end-user training, documentation, and adoption support. • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and automation. • Support change management and communication efforts for system updates. Security & Access Management • Ensure appropriate access controls and least-privilege design. • Participate in periodic access reviews and certification processes. • Coordinate with Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams for SSO and provisioning automation. • Ensure systems meet enterprise cybersecurity and privacy standards. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS business applications. • Direct experience administering at least two of the following: • LogicGate or other GRC platform • Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management or enterprise CLM system • DocuSign • Box.com • Experience leading system implementations or major enhancements. • Strong understanding of: • Role-based security models • Workflow automation • SaaS integrations (APIs, middleware) • Data governance and compliance controls • Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk organizations. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • Strong documentation and communication skills.
