What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX content design or conversation design. - Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on conversational interfaces. - Experience with chatbot platforms and IVR systems. - Proficiency in tools such as Botmock, Voiceflow, or similar conversation design software. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with AI-driven conversational agents. - Background in UX research or human-computer interaction. - Familiarity with accessibility standards in conversation design. - Knowledge of multiple languages or localization experience.
