Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will help enhance client service operations and improve customer satisfaction through tailored workflows and integrations. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM features to meet client-specific needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and integrations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules. - Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integrations.
