Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow CSM platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to enhance customer service processes. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize ServiceNow functionalities. - You will document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). - You possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. - You have proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - You have experience working in Agile development environments. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist. - Knowledge of customer service best practices and CRM systems. - Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
