Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM to meet business requirements and improve service processes. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform capabilities. - You will assist in the deployment and integration of ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM module configuration and development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or HRSD.
