Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM features to meet business requirements. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will perform system integrations and data migrations as needed. - You will create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will support testing and deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM module configuration and development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Prior experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
