Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to enhance user experience. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. - You will maintain documentation related to development processes, configurations, and system updates. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). - You possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. - You have proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - You have experience working in Agile development environments. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
