Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient service management applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom ServiceNow applications focused on Customer Service Management. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM modules to meet business needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment and post-implementation activities. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM module configuration and customization. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
