Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions for a large-scale client. Your expertise will help enhance customer service operations and improve overall service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform focused on Customer Service Management. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform customization. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and integrations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM certification. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
