Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will document technical designs, configurations, and processes for future reference. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and integrations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks. - Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integrations.
