Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative technology services to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient service management applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom ServiceNow applications focused on Customer Service Management. - You will configure and maintain ServiceNow CSM modules to meet business requirements. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for service management solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will provide support and training to end-users and team members. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM module configuration and customization. - Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work model.
