Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient workflows that improve service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform focused on CSM. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications to meet business needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules and workflows. - Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
