Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM features to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery. - Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.
