Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will document technical designs, configurations, and processes for future reference. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery. - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
