Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient workflows that improve service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform focused on CSM. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications to meet business needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules and workflows. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certifications. - Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules. - Prior experience working in a contract or consulting environment.
