Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will help enhance customer service operations and improve overall client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM workflows, business rules, and UI policies. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. - You will assist in the deployment and upgrade of ServiceNow instances. - You will document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration techniques. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and configuration. - Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
