Role Overview: As a JAVA IAM Engineer at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This position focuses on hands-on coding and development, particularly with ForgeRock, to build, extend, and integrate IAM systems that secure enterprise environments. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain IAM solutions using Java and ForgeRock technologies. - You will extend existing IAM frameworks to meet evolving security and business requirements. - You will integrate IAM components with various enterprise applications and systems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM implementation. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM development. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will stay updated on the latest IAM trends and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, specifically with ForgeRock. - Proficiency in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications. - Solid understanding of security protocols and standards. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with other IAM platforms such as Okta or Ping Identity. - Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and technologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Certifications related to IAM or Java development.
